Period 2021-2030: Continue to implement specialized technical services including:

Carry out major and periodic maintenance and repairs of power plants in the VCP P&C system.
Attract and train high quality technical human resources.
Research and apply technology to undertake service work at VCP P&C power plants and other power plants.
Build a team of professional personnel with high technical expertise to become the main technical service provider for the Power Plant.
Providing a closed chain of technical services from equipment calibration, equipment inspection and measurement.
Providing comprehensive technical services for operation, maintenance and repair of power plants.
