Understand the correct and standard mindsets regarding the role of middle management in human resource management. Help managers understand their role in building and maintaining an effective work environment, thereby improving coordination between departments. Provide essential skills in human resource management such as effective communication, delegation, motivation, and team engagement.
From July 11-12, 2025, VCP Construction and Energy Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with HRD Academy, will organize the course "Human Resources Management for Middle Managers" in both in-person and online formats.
The training course was attended by Mr. Trinh Nguyen Khanh – Deputy General Director of the Company, along with a large number of leaders from various departments, the Cua Dat Hydropower Plant, and member units under the VCP Holdings system.
